Pornhub is the largest adult content platform worldwide. It is not only effective in its popularity, but also in the payment it makes to its creators. I would dare to say it is one of the best paying of them all!
In your most recent interview with XBIZ, you discuss how you saw opportunities when joining the adult industry to gain recognition (and money)! Tell us more about your accomplishments in your career thus far.
Two months ago, I took a break from my career as a Porn Actress. But during that time, I have obtained a lot of recognition in public. I love that my fans find me in many public places and that they ask me for photos! It has happened in my country, but I have also had the fortune of it happening to me in other countries as well.
Regarding my journey as a Model, I have come a long way. Now, I am the owner of my own brand. I have a team and I produce my content independently. Without a doubt, one of the greatest achievements I've ever had was shooting for Brazzers. I dreamed of it many years ago!
Congratulations on collaborating with Brazzers, a production company you’ve dreamt of working with! Tell us more about this experience and what fans can expect to see.
Thank you very much, I loved working with Brazzers! I was lucky that my first scene was with Jordi "El Niño Polla", who is a lovely person. We got along so well, and the scene went very smoothly! Especially with the accompaniment of an excellent producer and work team! They treated me like a queen. You can find the video on Brazzers now! Very soon I will be recording with them again. They have already asked me to come back, so that excites me a lot!
You also mention in the XBIZ interview that you tailor your content to your different audiences online. What’s the difference in making content for tube sites vs. fan-sites?
I often think about creating exclusive content for each platform. For example, you won’t find the same content on Pornhub as you will on other sites. On my paid sites, you will find my lesbian content, threesomes, solo stuff, JOI, fetishes and more personalized content. On my Pornhub, you will see content in the open air, mostly with men.
Leveraging social media is important in today’s landscape. How do you optimize each platform to reach new audiences and engage with fans?
About two months ago, all my social networks were suddenly suspended. I don't know what happened, I never got an explanation. I lost a large following. Since then, I have only reopened Instagram, and I am focusing it on my passion for fitness. But normally, I have always created exclusive content for each social network, always being considerate of their policies. If I have a video that I am going to sell on my paid sites, or on Pornhub, I create content that helps me promote it on my socials.
How does being spontaneous, playful, elegant and fun work into the brand personality of Mariana Martix?
These characteristics are not only Mariana Martix's, but they are also part of my personal essence. I think it’s vital to show oneself as one is without masks or taboos. I believe that it connects more with people. By nature, I am fun, and sensuality and elegance are essential to make our fans have a more enjoyable experience.
As someone who is consistently ranked within the top models on Pornhub, how did you reach this milestone? Do you have advice for models who want to follow in your footsteps?
Although it sounds cliche, I believe that everything in life requires perseverance. Make quality videos with good resolution. Tell good stories and upload them consistently. Every month your channel must have new content!
With millions of daily visitors, Pornhub is perfect for new fans to discover your adult content, which would normally get you banned on some social media platforms. How do you leverage traffic on Pornhub to market your brand and promote your paid content on other websites?
Pornhub allows you to not only grow economically, but also in popularity. Your profile has access buttons to your social networks and your personal website. It’s a great tool to advertise your other content as well!
Imagine yourself in a dream location with dream collaborators, where is the set and who are the people? Set the stage for us!
I like scenes that contain risk and adrenaline, so I would like to film in the air again! I did a Paragliding video once, but I would love to do it again, this time involving real sex with a man, that would be great! For dream collaborators, I would like to shoot with Johnny Sins, Maximo Garcia, and Dredd.
Which up-and-coming models from South America should everyone have on their radar?
There are many content creators! Colombia is not the only country that is booming. I think this era of porn is being experienced worldwide... But as for an actor close to me, who I see a very bright future for, I’d say Danner Mendez.
What are you most looking forward to in the future as a content creator and entrepreneur?
I hope that my content travels around the world and that many people talk about it. May my fans always enjoy the work I do, share it and recommend it! I want to continue for a few more years creating content independently as well as recording for large international production companies. I dream of conquering the US market and producing content in English one day. As an entrepreneur, I have several different projects in the industry. I want to have my own clothing brand and also be recognized for being a fitness coach.
What’s the next big goal for Mariana Martix?
Being nominated for awards like XBIZ, AVN and others that give statutes to my career, opening my clothing brand, and working closer with Pornhub!
