You've probably noticed a graph above the timeline in the video player:
This graph shows the most watched parts of the video.
This means that a peak in the graph represents a hot or action packed part of the video. Most of the time it will show a change of position or something new happening. A dip in the graph will show the least watched part, but it may not be a bad part, it just means less users are watching that exact moment of the video overall.
This can easily by disabled from the player settings.
