Tell us about your start in the industry; how did you begin/how long have you been a performer?
I started in the industry doing behind the scenes work for Jada Kai. Eventually, she started making videos and then asked if I would be in the videos myself. So I came up with a stage name, inspired by my favorite actor Jackie Chan, and started on a profile. And I actually just received my three year achievement on pornhub last month.
Is Jackie Knight a character you play or are you one in the same? How are you similar/different? Who was Jackie before becoming Jackie Knight?
Jackie is a character that I play. I’m different in real life, because normally I’m pretty reserved, I never make the first move and I don’t fuck my stepsister. Before I became Jackie, I was in the Air Force as a TACP/JTAC, and then an undercover investigator for a non profit organization.
Tell us something about yourself your fans would be surprised to learn.
In high school, I was an ice skating mascot named Pondsy the Penguin
In your opinion, what makes a good adult performer?
I think a good performer creates a safe, comfortable environment for their scene partners by communicating and respecting boundaries.

In just a few years, you’ve been nominated for multiple adult awards and are featured in notable productions; what do you attribute your success to?
I’m incredibly thankful to be nominated for those awards. I really love what I do and to be recognized for it, means so much. I have to credit my success to the awesome people I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them and I most certainly wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Jada, she’s the best.
Do you prefer being in front of the camera or behind it? What are the pros and cons of each?
I like both, but I’ve always been more comfortable behind the camera. Sometimes when I’m in front of the camera, I feel a little nervous and a little self conscious.
Is Jada your romantic partner off camera as well? Tell us how this dynamic works in your personal and professional life.
We’re best friends and business partners. We have sex off camera but we aren’t necessarily romantic partners. There was a time when we were romantically involved with each other but now we just want to focus on creating a production company together. Our dynamic works well in our professional life, being so comfortable with each other, we’re able to film each other and we can predict how we both usually work, so that streamlines things and makes us a really efficient team.
What do you think is the biggest misconception people have about the industry you wish you could change?
I wish I could change the stigma of the adult industry; that we're all weirdos with daddy issues. To me, adult films are no different than comedy, horror, or action films. They’re all designed to help you feel particular emotions. Laughter, fear, excitement, and with adult films, it’s arousal.
When you’re not working, what can we find you listening to/ binge watching/ reading?
I’ve been listening to a lot of NF lately. Jada and I got addicted to MoneyHeist and watched all of Dexter again. I don’t know if this counts, but the last audiobook I listened to was Hardcore Self Help - Fuck Anxiety by Robert Duff

Any fetish/kink/scenes you haven’t done yet but would be open to in the future?
I really haven’t done much fetish or kink, some people call me “vanilla”, but I’m open to trying new things, as long as I’m comfortable with that person.
What advice would you give a newbie just starting out in the industry?
I would say focus on making your own content. It is okay to have boundaries and always ask for references. Oh yeah and taxes.
